Effective Date: 31 May 2026 This Subscription and Refund Policy applies to subscriptions, free trials, in-app purchases, premium features, and paid services offered through mobile applications developed, published, owned, or operated by Aravind Chowdary (“I,” “me,” “my,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, starting a free trial, or using any paid feature in the app, you agree to this Subscription and Refund Policy, along with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and End User License Agreement.

1. Subscriptions

Some features of the app may require an active paid subscription. Subscription plans, prices, billing periods, trial availability, and included features are shown in the app or on the applicable app store purchase screen before you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions may be offered on a weekly, monthly, yearly, lifetime, or other basis depending on the app and available plans. Access to paid features is provided only while your subscription is active, valid, and successfully billed.

2. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, your subscription will be charged to your Apple ID and will renew automatically unless canceled according to Apple’s subscription rules. You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged again. Deleting the app, uninstalling the app, not using the app, or stopping use of the app does not cancel your subscription.

3. Free Trials

Some subscriptions may include a free trial. The trial length and terms will be shown before you confirm the subscription. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription and you may be charged according to the plan you selected. You are responsible for canceling the free trial before it ends if you do not want to be charged. I am not responsible for charges that occur because you forgot to cancel, misunderstood the trial terms, did not use the app, deleted the app, or no longer wanted the subscription after the trial ended.

4. Managing or Canceling Subscriptions

If you purchased a subscription through Apple, you must manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings. I cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf. To cancel an Apple subscription, open your device settings, go to your Apple ID subscription settings, select the subscription, and cancel it according to Apple’s instructions. Cancellation prevents future renewals. It does not automatically refund previous payments. After cancellation, you may continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, unless Apple or the applicable platform determines otherwise.

5. Refunds

All subscription payments, in-app purchases, premium purchases, and paid features are final and non-refundable unless required by law or approved by the applicable app store. If you purchased through Apple, all refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. Apple controls the refund process for App Store purchases, and I do not have the ability to directly issue, approve, deny, or process Apple refunds. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be granted. Refund decisions are made by Apple according to Apple’s own policies and review process. I do not provide refunds for the following reasons: You forgot to cancel before renewal. You forgot to cancel before a free trial ended. You did not use the app. You used the app only briefly. You changed your mind. You purchased the wrong plan. You no longer need the app. You found another app. You deleted or uninstalled the app. You experienced buyer’s remorse. You expected different results from the app. You did not understand that the subscription renews automatically. You did not read the subscription terms before purchasing. You did not cancel through your Apple ID or app store account. You were charged because auto-renewal was still active. You experienced a temporary issue that was later resolved.

6. Limited Exception for Unresolved Technical Problems

A refund may be considered only in rare cases where all of the following conditions are met: You experienced a serious technical problem that made the paid features completely unusable. The problem was caused by the app, not by your device, internet connection, operating system, app store account, payment method, third-party service, user error, or unsupported device. You contacted support within a reasonable time after the problem occurred. You provided enough information for the issue to be investigated, such as device model, operating system version, app version, screenshots, screen recordings, purchase details, and a clear description of the issue. I was unable to provide a reasonable fix, workaround, or restoration of access after reviewing the issue. Even if these conditions are met, refunds for Apple App Store purchases must still be requested through Apple. I may provide support information or acknowledge the issue, but Apple makes the final decision on whether a refund is granted.

7. Technical Issues That Do Not Automatically Qualify for Refunds

The following issues do not automatically qualify for a refund: Temporary outages. Minor bugs. Visual glitches. Slow performance. Features working differently than expected. Problems caused by unsupported devices. Problems caused by outdated operating systems. Problems caused by poor or unavailable internet connection. Problems caused by disabled permissions. Problems caused by third-party services, APIs, app stores, payment providers, or cloud platforms. Problems fixed through an update, reinstall, login refresh, subscription restore, or other reasonable troubleshooting step. Temporary loss of access caused by billing, payment, Apple ID, app store, or account issues.

8. Restoring Purchases

If your subscription or purchase is not showing correctly, you should first try using the app’s “Restore Purchases” option, if available. You should also make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or app store account used to make the original purchase. I am not responsible for purchase restoration problems caused by using the wrong app store account, expired subscriptions, refunded purchases, billing issues, or platform restrictions.

9. Price Changes

Subscription prices may change from time to time. If required by the app store or applicable law, you may be notified of price changes before they take effect. Continued use of the subscription after a price change means you accept the updated price, unless the applicable app store requires additional confirmation. If you do not agree to a price change, you must cancel the subscription before the new price takes effect.

10. Feature Changes

Paid features may be updated, changed, improved, removed, replaced, limited, or discontinued at any time. A subscription gives you access to the paid features currently available during your active subscription period. It does not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available forever. I may modify the app or its paid features for technical, business, legal, security, platform, or user experience reasons. Such changes do not automatically entitle you to a refund.

11. Lifetime Purchases

If an app offers a lifetime purchase, “lifetime” means the lifetime of that specific app or paid feature as long as it remains available, supported, and technically feasible. A lifetime purchase does not mean the lifetime of the user, the device, the app store account, or any third-party service. Lifetime access may end if the app is discontinued, the feature is removed, third-party services become unavailable, platform rules change, legal requirements change, or continued operation is no longer commercially or technically reasonable. Unless required by law or approved by the applicable app store, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

12. Subscription Access After Refunds, Chargebacks, or Failed Payments

If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, canceled, or fails to renew, access to paid features may be removed immediately or at the end of the applicable access period. I may restrict or terminate premium access if payment cannot be verified or if there is evidence of refund abuse, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or misuse of the app.

13. No Guarantee of Results

Subscriptions and paid features provide access to app functionality. They do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, health improvements, financial benefits, fitness progress, productivity gains, user growth, or any other expected result. You are responsible for how you use the app and any decisions you make based on it. Dissatisfaction with personal results or outcomes does not qualify for a refund.

14. Contact for Subscription Support

If you experience a subscription or purchase issue, you may contact support at: contact@aravindchowdary.com Please include the app name, device model, operating system version, app version, a description of the issue, and screenshots or screen recordings if available. For Apple purchases, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through Apple’s refund process.
